In 1938 Chev. Pietro Pastorelli starts up his own forging mill to shape agricultural iron tools by water-hammer.
In 1970 with his sons he sets up FERRIERA TRE VALLI S.p.A., a rolling mill for the production of reinforced iron rods.
The same rolling mill 15 years later:
Meanwhile, two more companies have been established: one in 1979, COMS S.p.A, specialized in the construction of medium and heavy metal structural works;
the other in 1987, EUROSIDERSCALO S.p.A., qualified in trading common and special steel.
